Sustainability in Fashion and Textiles is a four-day series of lectures, discussions, panels, and hands-on workshops focusing on sustainability and technology in fashion and textiles. The series is designed for industry professions and academics wishing to broader their understanding of sustainability and its integration into the fashion industry. The series will take place June 6-10, 2016.
Each day focuses on a different theme, including artisanship, disruptors, the supply chain, and materials. Peggy Clark, Director of the Alliance for Artisan Enterprise, will speak at the FIT Summer Institute on June 6, 2016 with other key individuals working in the artisan sector.
